Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; our products are made to order, once your order is confirmed we will not be able to make any refunds. However we will accept size exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Before placing an order, if you have any questions related to size and style, please email customer service at sales@blastedskin.com we will be happy to assist you.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a size exchange. The exchange is available only for the size.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We will not accept exchanges on lingerie or accessories that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept size exchanges on knickers or thongs.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Products may not be refunded, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. All accessories are photographed before shipping to ensure the maintenance of a high level of quality control and to avoid any confusion in the issue of a fault occurring.

Please be advised that if you have organised your own exchange postage Blasted Skin is not responsible for it until it is confirmed as delivered at our warehouse via a tracked and signed for service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
